Sand camouflage egg weights / bullet sinkers are designed for light line surf fishing and targeting shy-biting fish on beaches or on offshore trips when light sliding sinker rigs are needed.
 
They're the best surf fishing weights we've found for targeting California corbina, surf perch, spotfin croaker, whiting, bonefish, bass and similar wary species on light tackle. They're great for making Carolina rigs and for light line surf fishing rigs with sand crabs, shrimp, lures, worms, gulp sandworms or small grubs as bait. 
 
The wet sand-imitating coating has been developed to match a typical sandy beach for maximum stealth - they're practically invisible on a sandy or rocky bottom, making them a great option for any serious surf angler who wants an edge over tricky shallow-water species.
 
 Size Guide:
 
 1/2oz (sold as a 5 pack) is a great option for shorter rods (5-7'), calm conditions or close-range fishing with light line such as 6-15lb braid or 4-6lb fluorocarbon
 
3/4oz (sold as a 4 pack) is a great option for longer surf rods (8-10') and conditions featuring more current or bigger waves, with 10-20lb braid or 6-10lb mono main line. This is a great all-rounder if you're only planning on using one sinker weight.
 
1oz and 1.5oz (sold as 4 and 3-packs respectively) are the go-to when conditions are a little rougher - such as when targeting surf perch on the central or north coast of California - or when fishing a heaver combo
